BIRDI'S WOODS PAINTINGS

A friend of mine commissioned these paintings for her little girl's nursery, and I had so much fun making them. She requested a woodland theme (think Hundred Acre Wood vibes), and her daughter's name being Birdi, I wanted to include birds throughout each piece as an ongoing theme. The paintings, while each is a little bit different than the other, are meant to flow together, as if part of one continuous landscape. Each painting progresses through different times of day – the first at sunrise, then the afternoon, and ending with sunset.
