MY WEDDING STATIONARY

Final Invitation Back.jpg

My husband, Nathan, and I were married on June 8th, 2025! It was the most wonderful day with family, friends, good food, music, and dancing.

The entire theme of the day –  from the colorful napkins, to the candles,  to the ribbon – was all inspired my concept for Nate and I's custom wedding stationary. As an artist and designer, I was so excited to make my own. I'm an avid lover of all color and happy, poetic illustration. For the Save the Dates, I incorporated this with hand-drawn ribbon motifs that framed Nate and I's picture, with a French horn on the back – a horn, as if to announce our engagement to our friends and family!

For our invitations, I continued with the theme of ribbon (which was later replicated in the reception and ceremony decor – we had ribbon on everything!) and then went crazy with illustration. The imagery was inspired by the book of Song of Solomon in the Bible. The invitation is framed by pomegranates (Song of S. 4:13), figs (Song of S. 2:13), doves (Song of S. 1:15), scarlet thread (Song of S. 4:3), and lily of the valley and roses [of Sharon] (Song of S. 2:1).

Below are some pictures of the day, I chose a few with our colors, flowers, and decor, all inspired by the invitations and my illustrations. It was the best <3
